Antistain is a high molecular weight polymer based dispersant which minimizes the deposition of indigo and / or sulfur dye onto garment pockets, labels etc. which occurs during various phases of fabric/garments processing with enzymes . It provides more contrast to the denim garments i.e. Hi-Low effect which is more visible. These properties make it a premium Anti Back Staining agent. |

Application
Antistain ia a highly versatile and efficient washing, wetting, emulsifying, penetrating and anti back staining agent. The product also provides soil release properties on fabrics treated with it.
The applications depends on the level of loose dye generated in each processing phase, and results required. Fabric which bleed color more, will require a higher dosage than fabrics which bleed less dye. As a general guideline 0.25 - 1.5% on the weight of the fabric is recommended.
It can be used in almost all wet processes e.g. desizing, Enzyme washing, Bleaching, dyeing & finishing. It is also suitable as a soaping agent in dyeing operations.
